As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise to navigate the Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI landscape, shaping strategies that deliver exceptional value to our clients in the Manufacturing, Energy, and Industrial (MEI) sectors.

Your Contributions:

  • Utilize your industry knowledge and innovative thinking to create distinctive use cases and solutions that set Databricks apart in the MEI market.
  • Collaborate with your team and ecosystem partners to formulate a business strategy that enhances customer success, attracts new clients, and enables you to surpass quarterly and annual performance targets.
  • Inspire a diverse group of big data and AI specialists to execute your strategic plan effectively.
  • Guide your team, clients, and partners in identifying significant big data and AI applications while demonstrating their value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Support your clients' broader big data and AI transformation objectives through strategic partnerships, well-defined professional services, training, and targeted executive engagement.
  • Establish substantial value in all interactions to facilitate successful negotiations and closures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct sales of enterprise software solutions to large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the Data & AI sector with a background in technology sales.
  • Demonstrated longevity with previous employers.
  • History of exceeding quotas while selling complex software and services to enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience in promoting the successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and collaborating with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud teams.
  • Proficient in co-developing business cases and securing support from C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes such as Territory and Account Planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and Command of the Message.
  • Experience in cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders and client teams to drive the execution of your territory strategy.
  • Ability to develop a clear partner strategy and implement it for success.
  • Understanding of consumption-based and land-and-expand sales models is advantageous.
  • Capability to identify critical use cases and buying centers to enhance the impact of Databricks for clients.
