Cast, the market leader in Software Intelligence, is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, leveraging your expertise in cloud sales and software intelligence.
  2. Build strong relationships with our Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth opportunities.
  3. Partner with our ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes and expand our reach.
  4. Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and new customer acquisition, with a focus on cloud modernization and digital transformation.
  5. Actively build and scale our sales machinery to replicate sales excellence and drive business results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales with a focus on closing net new logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and familiar with leading indicators.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about growing a territory and building a team.
  • (Desirable) Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • (Desirable) Familiarity with demand creation lead sales motions.
