Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Cast, the market leader in Software Intelligence, is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline, leveraging your expertise in cloud sales and software intelligence.
- Build strong relationships with our Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth opportunities.
- Partner with our ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes and expand our reach.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and new customer acquisition, with a focus on cloud modernization and digital transformation.
- Actively build and scale our sales machinery to replicate sales excellence and drive business results.

Requirements
- 7+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales with a focus on closing net new logos.
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and familiar with leading indicators.
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about growing a territory and building a team.
- (Desirable) Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
- (Desirable) Familiarity with demand creation lead sales motions.
