Our People-Centric Approach

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Transformation Lead to join our Change & Communications Team. In this role, you will oversee and manage a variety of transformation initiatives from conception to implementation within our Operations division. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that changes are executed smoothly and that change agents are well-supported with effective delivery strategies.

You will work collaboratively with diverse teams on projects that align with our strategic objectives. We seek someone who is not only capable of managing these initiatives but is also willing to engage hands-on when necessary.

You will excel as a Transformation Lead, adept at collaborating with various teams to outline project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while developing and executing project plans, leading readiness efforts, and creating mitigation strategies. Experience in the energy industry is essential. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; project planning and reporting should come naturally. Project management certification is a plus. Familiarity with resource and project management tools (knowledge of Asana and Miro is advantageous). Comfortable navigating uncertainty and thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Results-oriented, with a proven ability to manage complexity, demonstrating strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills. A persuasive communicator, capable of facilitating challenging discussions and removing obstacles by securing clear commitments.

Your Impact: Responsibilities and Contributions

Lead the planning and execution of transformation projects focused on our Energy sector, ensuring that solutions deliver optimal outcomes for our business, customers, and employees. Develop and implement comprehensive change communication and engagement strategies aligned with key business initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and creating educational initiatives to support the rollout of transformation projects. Drive change initiatives to enhance adoption, reduce resistance, and maximize employee engagement throughout the transformation process. Engage risk and control stakeholders in the changes being implemented, ensuring necessary approvals and endorsements are obtained. Ensure all changes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Cultivate a culture of change resilience within the Operations division. Support the coordination of routine initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and employees. Share your insights and perspectives in appropriate forums. Promote consistency across projects by utilizing effective tools and documentation, embedding retrospectives and lessons learned. Develop and maintain comprehensive data collection, analysis, and reporting systems for insightful trend analysis and status updates. Provide regular updates on project status, proactively identifying, tracking, mitigating, and managing project risks while ensuring timely resolution through change governance. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of cross-functional, geographically dispersed stakeholders and vendors.

Collaboration: Your Team and Colleagues

As a member of the Change and Communications team, reporting to the Operational Change Manager, your role will be crucial in supporting our transformation programs across the organization. Your Change colleagues focus on Process Improvement, while you will collaborate with peer Change Leads and Comms colleagues responsible for company-wide communications.
