About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Howden. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in our commercial accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with the Development Director to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on products and solutions, identifying opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong relationships-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, and networking
  • Consultative approach to client relationships, with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive business growth
