Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Northumbria Manufacturing Hub. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for handling incoming queries related to the provision of lease cars for public sector organizations.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry personnel.
- Handle complex queries and negotiate with leasing companies, dealers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide professional and sensitive information to customers.
- Explain financial aspects of the scheme and technical specifications of different manufacturers and models of car.
- Manage the delivery of vehicles with lease companies and dealers.
- Ensure vehicles are ordered at the most advantageous price from the panel of suppliers.
- Evaluate quotations for repairs of vehicles and convert them into business.
- Identify and react to potential customer enquiries and work towards team targets.
- Academically educated to A level/NVQ level 3 standard or relevant experience in a customer service environment or business administration.
- Knowledge and expertise gained through experience of working within a customer service industry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and knowledge of working with databases.
- Ability to retain and recall large amounts of data and information.
- Good communication skills and the ability to plan and organize ongoing tasks.
