We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Greenbean. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Handle complex customer queries and issues, providing solutions and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date on their lease car arrangements.
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and business development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Academically educated to A level/NVQ level 3 standard or relevant experience in a customer service environment or business administration.
- Knowledge and expertise gained through experience of working within a customer service industry.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge or experience of working with databases.
- Ability to retain and recall large amounts of data and information.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to plan and organise ongoing tasks.
- Can analyse and rectify often complex discrepancies/errors between order values/invoices, costs, and user contributions.
- Can meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
