Position: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: North West

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, it is crucial to consistently monitor food safety and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include conducting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits and ensuring that hygiene standards on production lines are maintained, with all documentation being compliant.

You will collaborate with teams to address any non-conformities proactively, including performing root cause analyses alongside production staff.

Verification of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and other site-specific requirements will be part of your duties, working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager.

Additionally, you will perform audits on glass and hard plastic materials, promptly reporting any issues or necessary improvements.

Updating the Quality Management System as needed and reviewing the 'Hold & Release' procedures will also be part of your role.

You will provide training and support regarding Quality Management System policies and procedures.

A background in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing sector is preferred, along with a solid understanding of Food Safety, HACCP, and GMP.
