AutoScan (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join our team in Crewe, UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Photograph defects found during audits using a DSLR camera.
- Create photo packs of audit vehicles using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Document and log identified problems within Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Track and log identified issues within Microsoft Excel.
- Raise problems within the KPM system.
- Facilitate handover discussions of identified problems with designated problem owners.
- Collect and analyze data to understand the scale of problems.
- A basic understanding of automotive parts, including part names and locations.
- Attention to detail, particularly when collecting and reporting data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with IT systems, such as KPM, is beneficial.
- A good knowledge of quality measurement tools, such as gap and profile gauges.
- A mindset focused on quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work an 8-hour shift between 7am and 4pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
