Job Description

AutoScan (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to join our team in Crewe, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Photograph defects found during audits using a DSLR camera.
  • Create photo packs of audit vehicles using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Document and log identified problems within Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Track and log identified issues within Microsoft Excel.
  • Raise problems within the KPM system.
  • Facilitate handover discussions of identified problems with designated problem owners.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand the scale of problems.
Requirements:
  • A basic understanding of automotive parts, including part names and locations.
  • Attention to detail, particularly when collecting and reporting data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with IT systems, such as KPM, is beneficial.
  • A good knowledge of quality measurement tools, such as gap and profile gauges.
  • A mindset focused on quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work an 8-hour shift between 7am and 4pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
