Financial Planning Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Planning Support Agent to join our Life Sales team at Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Making and taking calls from public sector union members to arrange appointments with our consultants
- Meeting monthly targets for call volume and appointment scheduling, with a competitive bonus structure
- Dealing with clients in a professional and timely manner, with a customer-first approach
- Cross-selling other Cornmarket products and services
- Performing tasks in a compliant manner, following set procedures and scripts
- Completing various administration duties, such as data entry and logging
- Participating in weekly team meetings
- Continuously looking for ways to improve existing processes
