Financial Planning Support Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Planning Support Agent to join our Life Sales team at Cornmarket Group Financial Services Ltd. As a Financial Planning Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Financial Consultants in making appointments with existing clients, primarily through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Make and take calls from public sector union members to arrange appointments with our Financial Consultants
- Meet monthly targets built around call volume and appointment scheduling, with a competitive bonus structure
- Deal with clients in a professional and timely manner, with a customer-first approach
- Cross-sell other Cornmarket products and services
- Perform tasks in a compliant manner, following set procedures and prescribed scripts
- Complete various administration duties, such as data entry/logging and scanning
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Continuously look for and suggest ways to improve existing processes

- Previous experience in dealing with customers over the phone or in a customer service role (desired)

- Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
