About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Playworker to join our team at Junior Adventures Group. As a Playworker, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute engaging activities that promote maximum participation and inclusivity.
  • Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies, ensuring the well-being of the children.
  • Provide refreshments and maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety.
  • Set up and pack away play spaces, ensuring equipment and furniture are safely stored.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and children.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for equipment and kit.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable).
  • Meet the requirements of the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy.

We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf. Please prepare the correct documentation.
