Your key responsibilities will include conducting holistic assessments, delivering 1-1 training, and providing recommendations for equipment and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct holistic assessments with individuals who have a range of physical and/or mental health conditions
* Deliver 1-1 training to remove barriers in the workplace
* Provide recommendations for equipment and services

**Requirements:**

* MSc Psychology qualification or equivalent
* Driving is desirable
* DBS checks will be conducted as part of the onboarding process
* At least 1 year of experience supporting people with disabilities
* Proactive, keen to learn, and receptive to feedback
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and I.T competency
