About the Role

Abrivia Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team in Belfast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our aftersales business by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Proactively sell spares, service level agreements, warranties, maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, and secondary tooling to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to promote aftersales efforts, develop quotes, content, and campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide accurate information and exceptional service to customers, ensuring seamless communication between the Operations and Sales teams.
  • Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order process, from sending timely and accurate quotations to entering orders on CRM and ERP systems.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer growth opportunities and provide regular updates on key performance indicators to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales experience, particularly in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to achieve sales targets.
