Marketing and Business Development Professional

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Projects, Energy & Infrastructure Finance practice area.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the BD Manager to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies, including RFPs, pitches, proposals, and event support.
- Lead the drafting and implementation of marketing plans and business development activities, ensuring timely progress and effective results.
- Maintain representative matters, deal lists, and client and industry lists for marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UK and US BD teams and third-party providers to deliver new and existing business.
- A marketing or business degree or relevant experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in managing databases or spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A strong understanding of business development and marketing principles.
