Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Professional
Job Summary:
Calibrate Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Business Development Professional to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth
- Manage and create engaging content for social media channels, providing updates on company projects and initiatives
- Oversee the company's CRM system to ensure effective tracking and pipelining of opportunities
- Plan and execute corporate events to build relationships with clients and partners
- Enhance external content, including market insights, the company website, and capability statements
- Arrange attendance at networking events and industry exhibitions to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Engage with schools and universities to attract apprentices and graduates, including organizing and attending career events
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a similar marketing role
- Proven experience working in the built environment, ideally with an understanding of quantity surveying
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
