Part Time HR Specialist

**About the Role**
Workingmums is seeking an experienced Part Time HR Advisor with a strong background in Employee Relations to join their friendly HR team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, providing guidance and support to employees and management as needed.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.
- Provide training on Employee Relations topics to staff and management, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- CIPD level 3 or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Employee Relations, preferably in a similar role.
