About the Role

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in various aspects of human resources, including onboarding, HR policies, recruitment, payroll, culture, and salary and benefits support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including advertising job vacancies and shortlisting candidates.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Support the HR Manager in the provision of HR advice and guidance to employees and managers.
Requirements
  • Good IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
