**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Services Manager to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our program services team, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day program operations to achieve quality goals and deliver an excellent travel experience for our travelers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage program operations to achieve quality goals and deliver an excellent travel experience for our travelers.
  • Hire, train, schedule, coach, and manage the performance of a team of Program Directors to meet company guidelines and achieve excellence goals.
  • Create a strong, high-performing Program Director team that exemplifies the company's culture and values and team spirit.
  • Drive performance in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
  • Effectively participate with travelers on site to support Program Directors and obtain live feedback from passengers.
  • Perform all necessary administration work related to program services operations.
  • Provide emergency support and drive resolutions of operations/customer issues.
  • Work alongside the team to reach goals and achieve excellence targets from passenger surveys.
  • Participate in regular 'Ride Along' activities to monitor and support Program Directors in delivering exceptional passenger experiences.

**Requirements**

  • Proven and effective travel industry management experience (minimum 3 years) in the Irish market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize key actions to achieve goals and is a self-starter with high accuracy.
  • Demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks.
  • Ability to implement performance-driven strategy on product quality.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
