Location: Hybrid WFH and onsite. Will also consider fully remote in UK, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden or Poland. If remote, must be willing to travel to Glasgow once per month.

At Qualitrol Company, we're passionate about innovation and problem-solving. Our team is dedicated to making a positive impact, and we're looking for a talented Program Manager to join us. As a Program Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing new products and systems from strategic identification through commercialization and production.

Your Impact

You'll work closely with our engineering team to ensure alignment on scope, manage risks, handle project issues, and provide multi-functional communications. You'll lead the project team to success using Fortive Business Systems (FBS) and demonstrate your proficiencies in:

  • Agile practices and scrum framework to deliver critical customer-facing, enterprise system solutions.
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions to our global customers while building and maintaining strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Gaining a solid understanding of customer requirements and managing potential risks while controlling project timelines.
  • Supporting and conveying the importance of project documentation.
  • Presenting project status to executive leadership team.
  • Establishing project rules, standard methodologies, and budget control.
  • Planning for the execution of quality assurance and organizational change.
  • Actively reporting to PMO Director the successes, areas for improvement, and programs at risk in a timely manner to ensure corrective action.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science-related field and extensive experience as an engineering Program Manager with a full understanding of Project Management processes across platform-level programs. You should have a clear understanding of lean product development and systems development practices and lifecycles. Additionally, you should be able to lead and work within multi-functional teams spanning multiple time zones and have experience using Jira and Microsoft Suite, including MS Project.
