About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Asda. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages to our customers
  • Create visually appealing food and counter displays to enhance the shopping experience
  • Represent Asda and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations
