Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fluid Branding. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise orders and manage the order process with our suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure order data is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on order status, supplier performance, and other relevant matters.
  • Provide tailored support to clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and problem orders in a calm and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Merchandise Consultant to ensure seamless order processing and store management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of order management systems and processes.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
