Senior Practitioner Opportunity at Kids Start Ltd

Kids Start Ltd, an Ofsted outstanding private day nursery, is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the general day-to-day running of a specific room and the wider team, working closely with parents and carers, observing and planning to meet the children's needs, and safeguarding children.

We pride ourselves on our strong ethos and drive to ensure that all children access quality care and education. Our nursery provides high-quality care and early education to children aged 6 months to 5 years. We are proud to be a partner in the Department for Education, Northwest Stronger Practice Hub, which aims to reduce the impact of COVID on children and their families.

As a Senior Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through fully funded and bespoke training. Our training is specifically planned around individual roles, interests, and professional development. We also offer wellbeing support, including non-sickness bonuses, room awards, 50% childcare discount, and an award for the Practitioner of the Month.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a suitable Level 3 (or above) childcare qualification. The role will include working closely with parents and carers, observing and planning to meet the children's needs, and safeguarding children.
