We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our stunning canal-side pub, The Boat House, in Daventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage all aspects of the pub's operations, including food, beverage, and events
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
