About the Role
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our stunning canal side pub in Daventry. As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for running all aspects of the pub, including managing a team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Boat House is a stunning premium-food business boasting an idyllic, canal-side location. This pub is highly seasonal and delights guests with our Signature food menu as well as a Sunday Carvery offer.
