We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales and Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Precision Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise job cards for requirements up to 2 weeks ahead to ensure smooth planning and execution.
  • Place orders with suppliers to meet customer demands.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage delivery performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries, including reject stock, supplying PODs, additional deliveries, and chasing wagons.
  • Reduce old stocks and manage inventory levels to optimize sales and revenue.
  • Handle queries regarding invoices and credits to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Set up new parts and trial requirements to meet customer needs.
  • Establish delivery quantities and times with the Planning Manager to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and issues.
