Job Title: CIMA Trainee Management Accountant

A leading manufacturing group in the UK is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including management accounts, VAT returns, and cash flow management.
  2. Reconcile bank, stock, and other financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with the Finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  5. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the business as required.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.
  2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  5. Qualified or Part Qualified to CIMA / ACCA / ACA.
