Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RAMS Engineer to join our team at Dabster. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAMS) studies and management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • RAMS Study Development: Define and develop RAMS study structures and processes to ensure effective reliability and maintainability of our products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of RAMS processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Action List Management: Track and report the status of action lists to the Project Directorate, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Gate Reviews and Presentations: Participate in cross-functional Gate Reviews and present RAMS dashboards to stakeholders.
  • D Model Review: Chair the D Model Review for Maintainability, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • OEM Engagement: Lead the engagement with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and relevant interface control documents.
  • Logistics Interface: Lead the engagement with logistics interfaces, ensuring seamless product delivery.
  • Maintainability Deliverables: Lead the development and delivery of maintainability-related deliverables.
  • Workshop Consultants: Lead the engagement with workshop consultants, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • SHE Risk Management: Escalate SHE-related risks to the GSC Technical Director and SHE Coordinator.
Health and Safety

As a Senior RAMS Engineer, you will actively promote the identification of hazards and EHS risks in your area of operation and objects of design. You will provide insight to leaders, customers, and colleagues regarding your safety and systems, as well as product integrity.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Proven substantial knowledge and practical experience in performing reliability engineering in different industries.
