Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of reliability engineering strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reliability Engineering: Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • RAMS Study Management: Manage the development and implementation of RAMS studies to identify and mitigate potential reliability risks.
  • Maintainability: Lead the development and implementation of maintainability strategies and processes to ensure the ease of maintenance and repair of products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure the effective implementation of reliability engineering strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of reliability engineering projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Proven substantial knowledge and practical experience in performing reliability engineering in different industries.
