About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our brand standards are met in all aspects of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Keep up to date with pricing and promotions to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.
  • Work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

About Us:

DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort is a 4-star, 148-bedroom hotel located just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld. Our hotel features an 18-hole golf course, Flemings restaurant, Grill restaurant, afternoon tea, private dining, and meeting and event spaces. We also offer leisure facilities, including a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
