Global Product Strategist

This is a senior-level product marketing position that will play a critical role in driving the product marketing initiatives for Imperva's small and mid-sized enterprise (SME) market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the SME market, partnering with sales, marketing, and product management teams to effectively communicate the value of Imperva's products to target buyers.
- Own self-service trials, working with product management, design, and UX teams to map and optimize the user journey using qualitative and quantitative data to identify user actions and engagement rates and optimize onboarding flows.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for the SME market that resonates with target personas and cascade that messaging across all internal, market, and customer-facing content.
- Collaborate with product design and management teams to successfully build, execute, and optimize product-led growth (PLG) initiatives that grow pipeline.
- Partner with product teams on A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies to grow pipeline and build onboarding guides and nurture paths that help prospective customers understand and see value with Imperva's products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver integrated thought leadership, awareness, and pipeline creation programs that help achieve targets in the SME market.
- Partner with product management to understand the product strategy, market fit, and how to position against competitive offerings.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience with SaaS-based offerings that were delivered successfully in a product-led fashion.
- Proven ability to analyze complex situations and reach conclusions through fact-based decision making.
- Excellent storytelling skills with exemplary written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive marketing content for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prove what is or isn't working and adjust accordingly by setting targets and measuring KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and product management organizations.
- A drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience.
