**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the catering operation at one of our schools, ensuring the highest quality of food and service is delivered to students and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Have full control of the catering operation, including stock, food, and labor costs, to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Ensure consistency of food and service standards delivered to students and staff, meeting the high expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales through monthly promotions and added value events, increasing revenue and profitability for the business.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality food and service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food and service, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
