Position Overview

We are seeking a committed Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee the effective management of our services at Compass Group UK&I. This role is designed for a part-time commitment of 32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Management: Ensure all incoming deliveries are accurately checked and stored in compliance with our standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
  • Key Holder Duties: Act as a responsible key holder, ensuring security and safety protocols are followed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with weekly bookkeeping and other essential tasks as required.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create weekly rotas in accordance with management guidelines.
  • Inventory Control: Place orders to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
  • Delegation: Assign tasks effectively, ensuring the team remains proactive.
