Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café and Chef Operations Manager to join our team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production and Service: Lead the catering team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, ensuring that all dishes meet the company's standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate the catering team to achieve high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial budget for the location, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated limits.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding quickly and proactively to their needs.
  • Food Offer Development: Develop and implement new food offers in line with current market trends and company standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent food standards and customer service.
  • Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification and have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Skills: Competent computer skills, knowledge of computer software, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
