Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Housekeeping Team: Supervise and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and behind-the-scenes spaces to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Manage Cleaning Supplies and Equipment: Oversee the inventory and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that our facilities are always well-stocked and equipped.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with maintenance, front office, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any cleanliness-related issues.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest cleaning techniques, products, and technologies to bring the best practices to our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Hospitality: Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and coordinate with our housekeeping team, guests, and other departments.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organisation are essential for this role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in housekeeping management software and computer skills will be beneficial.
