About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Certitude Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with individuals and their families to understand their needs and preferences
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage participation in activities that promote independence and confidence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in times of need
Requirements
  • Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and their families
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with individuals
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
