Salary: £500 - £600 per day

We are seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer to consolidate and productionise our clients' machine learning platform, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of their research team. This role is crucial for translating business needs into high-value IT solutions and streamlining the machine learning workflow. Experienced Python developer with expertise in AWS SageMaker would be well-suited for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to translate business needs into high-value IT solutions.
  2. Work towards achieving scientific deliverables and milestones with agreed quality and timescales, identifying and mitigating risks as they emerge.
  3. Maintain clear communication with the line manager, project team members, and other stakeholders regarding workloads, issues, progress, and developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Experience in developing AI/ML pipelines using AWS SageMaker infrastructure.
  2. Advanced knowledge of programming in Python.
  3. Knowledge of statistics and machine learning with experience in Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn, as well as one of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  4. Knowledge of current software development methodologies such as Scrum/Agile, Containerisation, CI/CD, and Concurrent Version Systems (e.g., Git).
