About the Role

Priory Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their bank team at Lakeside View, a 28-bedded hospital in Willenhall.

Key Responsibilities
  • Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD with 12 months post-qualification experience
  • Flexibility to work long days (7:30am – 8.00pm) and nights (7:30pm – 8.00am)
  • Experience in mental health services is desired but not essential
  • Continuing professional development and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice

About Priory Lakeside View

Lakeside View is a 28-bedded hospital with three small acute wards, providing a person-centred approach and therapeutic environment.

Our aim is to support patients to be discharged safely back into the community, promoting collaborative care planning and optimising treatment goals.

We pride ourselves on excellent working relationships with patients, families, and external agencies to ensure clear communication throughout the care pathway.

Interventions offered include a wide range of therapeutic approaches, combining psychiatric and cognitive behavioural perspectives with occupational therapy, psychology, leisure, and recreational activity.
