Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse RMN RNLD to join our team at Lakeside View. As a Nurse at Lakeside View, you will care for patients with acute mental health needs who are admitted for assessment and treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and support workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance professional skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration RNLD RMN.
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice.
