Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Willing Care. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals with acute mental health needs, supporting their recovery within a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor the physical and mental health of service users with acute mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support recovery and discharge back into the community.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed in a safe and therapeutic manner.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care within a less restrictive environment.
  • Support and educate service users and their families towards recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RMN/RNLD).
  • Valid UK NMC registration.
  • Experience in mental health nursing, particularly with acute mental health needs (desired).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare.
