We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Willing Care. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals with acute mental health needs, supporting their recovery within a safe and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor the physical and mental health of service users with acute mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support recovery and discharge back into the community.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed in a safe and therapeutic manner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care within a less restrictive environment.
- Support and educate service users and their families towards recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Registered Nurse qualification (RMN/RNLD).
- Valid UK NMC registration.
- Experience in mental health nursing, particularly with acute mental health needs (desired).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare.
- Paid NMC renewal fees.
