Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals

Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Post-registration continuing professional development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Code of Practice
