About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at MB&G Insurance. As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives forward and enhancing our brand's presence across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Lead digital marketing campaigns across various customer journeys, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage Paid and Organic Social Media Presence: Oversee social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive Email Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and tracking.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Utilize digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal and external teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure effective communication and successful outcomes.
About You
  • Marketing Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven Track Record: Showcase a proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Platforms: Be proficient in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Possess a creative approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Have experience in B2B marketing, although not essential.
