Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives forward and enhancing our brand's presence across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage Paid and Organic Social Media Presence: Oversee the management of our paid and organic social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive Email Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and tracking, with the goal of enhancing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Utilize digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal and external teams to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies and Tools: Excellent knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.
  • Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to create compelling content, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and think creatively to solve problems.
  • CIM or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: Preferred but not necessary based on experience.
