You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals, including therapists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide community-based care to children with neuro-disability and other complex needs
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children and their families
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify children's needs and develop strategies for support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide education and training on neuro-disability and related topics
- Full valid registration with the General Medical Council
- Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics & Child Health (or equivalent) or Diploma in Child Health
- Experience in clinical audit and quality improvement
- Level 3 Child Protection Training
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership and supervision
