We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Paediatrician to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust. As a Community Paediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people with neuro-disability and other complex needs.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
As a Community Paediatrician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing specialist care and support to children and young people with neuro-disability and other complex needs
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the individual needs of our patients
- Providing education and training to other healthcare professionals and families
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Paediatrician who has:
- Full valid registration with the General Medical Council
- Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (or equivalent)
- Experience of working in a community setting with children and young people with neuro-disability and other complex needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of developing and implementing care plans
- Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and patient safety
