They specialize in providing refurbishment services to the public sector, focusing primarily on the Health, Education, Emergency Services, and Leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to craft and prepare responses to the 'quality' component of tender submissions, which can significantly influence the success of project bids.
- Develop written responses for the quality aspect of tender submissions and maintain case studies and bid library content.
- Oversee framework and Constructionline portal content.
- Prepare submissions for awards.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry tendering process.
- Proven experience in bid writing within the construction sector.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines while remaining composed.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
- Proficient in managing multiple bids in an organized manner.
- A flexible mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experienced in using MS Office software, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
