About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for overseeing project scopes, budgets, and controls to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets using best practices in project management and change management.
  • Develop and manage project plans, assist in resource allocation, and identify and mitigate project risks and other cross-project issues.
  • Build and manage customer and stakeholder relationships, including those at C-Suite level.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate methodologies and tools.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a similar role within a SaaS environment, dealing with external clients and 3rd parties.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, project management certification (Agile/Scrum, Prince2, PMI, or PMP), and experience in resource allocation.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
  • Experience of regularly reviewing tasks assigned to the team vs timeline (Jira boards, Azure dev ops).
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services sector and regulatory landscape, as well as a technical understanding of SaaS, is advantageous.
