About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our retail operations, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and that stock is replenished as needed.
  • Manage cash handling and banking procedures, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to ensure that customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
