Job Title: Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Manager to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure that the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Manage cash handling, including processing transactions, handling customer complaints, and maintaining accurate cash handling records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the store is competitive and profitable.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
