  • Over 5 years of experience in high-level administrative roles within executive environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • A meticulous approach to administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, calendars, travel logistics, expense documentation, and meeting arrangements.
  • The ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in essential software applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with collaborative tools.
  • Experience with productivity software such as SalesForce and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in organizing internal and external events while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on achieving organizational objectives.
  • Proactive initiative to foresee needs and manage responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
