Are you contemplating a transition in your career or are you already engaged in the care sector and seeking a new opportunity? Our Reablement Support at Home team in West Lothian is actively seeking care professionals through our supply staff initiative. Being part of our supply staff team offers a flexible work arrangement with various hours available.

The Support at Home service operates throughout West Lothian, assisting individuals who have been discharged from medical facilities and require assessment for care within their residences and communities. This assistance encompasses activities such as personal care, medication management, mobility support, and meal preparation.

The work environment is dynamic, and each day presents unique challenges. Our teams are devoted to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes.

Please be aware that hours are not guaranteed; successful candidates will be integrated into a supply team and contacted to cover shifts as needed.

We welcome applications from individuals with varying levels of experience, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be supplied as necessary.

This role necessitates registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from the start date to obtain registration with the SSSC.

SSSC guidelines require that applications be submitted within three months of the commencement date.

This position is classified as Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, in accordance with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.
